Privacy at Cybereum.
This notice describes how Cybereum handles information collected through the public Cybereum website. It does not describe customer-project data processed inside separately contracted Cybereum deployments, which is governed by the applicable customer agreement and deployment terms.
Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote, book a working session, email us or otherwise contact Cybereum, we may receive your name, work email, company, phone number, project context, schedule/data availability and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to the request, evaluate commercial fit, coordinate follow-up and maintain a record of the relationship.
CRM and scheduling
Quote requests are sent to Cybereum's HubSpot CRM so the team can respond and maintain commercial context. Submitting a business inquiry is a request you have made: it works whether or not you allow visitor tracking, and it does not by itself subscribe you to marketing email. The scheduling page uses Calendly; information you provide to Calendly is also subject to Calendly's privacy terms.
Analytics and attribution
Cybereum uses Plausible as its aggregate, privacy-preserving measurement baseline. Plausible does not use cookies and does not build cross-site profiles. It runs only on the canonical production site at cybereum.io; preview, staging and local builds of this site load no analytics at all.
Two further categories are optional, independent of each other, and off until you turn them on:
- Analytics. Optional Google analytics/tagging, where a property is configured. Cybereum keeps Google's advertising consent signals — ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization — denied at all times. This category never enables advertising or remarketing.
- Marketing & CRM tracking. Optional HubSpot visitor tracking, which lets Cybereum connect a later inquiry to the pages that preceded it.
The site also keeps limited first-party attribution — campaign parameters and the referring page — so Cybereum can understand how a commercial inquiry reached it. That attribution is stored only once you have allowed at least one optional category, and it is deleted if you later turn both off.
Browser storage
The site uses browser storage for functional preferences such as theme selection, the introductory animation state and your privacy choice. First/latest-touch attribution is stored only under the conditions described above. If optional Marketing & CRM tracking is permitted, HubSpot may set its own identifiers according to its service behavior.
Sharing and service providers
Cybereum does not sell website inquiry data. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and respond to inquiries, including hosting, CRM, scheduling and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Retention and choices
Commercial inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably useful for the business relationship, legal obligations and recordkeeping. You may ask Cybereum to correct or delete information where applicable. You can also change the site's optional tracking choice at any time using the Cookie choices control in the site footer.
